Julia- Can I send you a virtual neckrub? Seriously - is it your mouse hand's shoulder. The Logitech Marble mouse is much better then a regular one for preventing neck/shoulder pain. Take a warm shower and massage out your neck. This works well. Not as well as my massage though.
